1. Services

GrowDoctor Digital provides AI-assisted digital branding, professional growth, and other digital services primarily for healthcare professionals.

The scope, features, deliverables, timelines, and applicable fees for each Service will be communicated and mutually agreed upon prior to the commencement of the engagement.

GrowDoctor may introduce, modify, discontinue, or enhance its Services from time to time in order to improve quality, address evolving business requirements, or comply with applicable laws and regulations.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when requested
• Share required content, media, approvals and feedback in a timely manner
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not copy, reproduce, distribute, or misuse any content, designs or materials provided by Growdoctor
• Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with our website or services
• Not impersonate any person, organisation, or entity

3. Payments

At GrowDoctor, we are committed to maintaining transparency, fairness, and a seamless experience throughout our engagement. The following payment terms are intended to ensure clarity and help us deliver our Services efficiently and to the highest professional standards.

• The applicable fees, payment schedule, billing terms, and any relevant payment milestones will be communicated and mutually agreed upon before the commencement of the Services.
• Depending on the nature of the Services, payment may be required in full prior to commencement or in accordance with an agreed payment schedule. By confirming a purchase or engaging our Services, you agree to comply with the applicable payment terms.
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), shall be applied in accordance with prevailing laws and, where applicable, will be indicated at the time of purchase.
• Payments must be made using the payment methods accepted by GrowDoctor. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided is accurate and that all payments are completed on or before the applicable due date.
• Any additional Services, revisions, consultations, or work requested beyond the originally agreed scope may be subject to additional charges. Such charges will always be communicated and shall only be undertaken upon your approval.
• Timely payments enable us to maintain project schedules, allocate resources effectively, and deliver the highest quality of service. In the event of delayed, failed, or incomplete payments, GrowDoctor reserves the right to suspend or delay the provision of the affected Services until all outstanding amounts have been received.
• Refunds and cancellations, where applicable, shall be governed exclusively by our Refund & Cancellation Policy (Section 7).
• GrowDoctor may revise its pricing, payment terms, or promotional offers for future purchases from time to time. Any such changes shall not affect Services that have already been purchased or paid for, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

4. Project Timelines

At GrowDoctor, we are committed to delivering our Services within the estimated timelines communicated to you. All timelines are provided in good faith for planning purposes and are estimates only. While we make every reasonable effort to meet them, they do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

Project timelines may be extended due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Delayed submission of required content, information, or access by the Client.,
• Delays in approvals, feedback, or decisions from the Client.
• Changes to the agreed scope of work or additional revision requests.
• Technical issues, outages, policy changes, or service interruptions affecting third-party platforms or service providers.
• Events beyond GrowDoctor's reasonable control, including force majeure events.

Where reasonably practicable, GrowDoctor will keep you informed of any material delays and provide updated estimated timelines. Your timely cooperation and communication help us deliver the best possible results.

5. Intellectual Property

All concepts, designs, graphics, branding materials, templates, written content, source files, and other digital assets created by GrowDoctor in connection with the Services shall remain the intellectual property of GrowDoctor until full payment for the applicable Services has been received.

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables specifically created for the Client shall transfer to the Client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. GrowDoctor retains ownership of all underlying intellectual property, methodologies, and proprietary materials used in the creation of such deliverables.

GrowDoctor reserves the right to display completed work, including logos, website screenshots, branding materials, and other final deliverables, in its portfolio, case studies, marketing materials, and promotional content, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Client.

6. Third-Party Services

Some of our services rely on or integrate with third-party platforms and providers

The pricing, policies, availability, downtime and technical performance of these platforms are entirely outside our control. Growdoctor shall not be held responsible for disruptions, data loss, or issues arising from third-party services. We encourage you to review the respective privacy policies and terms of service of these providers.

7. Refund & Cancellation

At GrowDoctor, your satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to delivering high-quality services and maintaining complete transparency throughout every project. Since each service is personalized and created specifically for your professional goals, our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team.

9. Limitation of Liability

At GrowDoctor, we are committed to delivering our Services with professionalism, reasonable care, and in accordance with industry best practices. While we strive to provide the highest quality experience, certain circumstances may be beyond our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• GrowDoctor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings arising from the use of our website or Services.
• GrowDoctor's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to such claim.
• GrowDoctor shall not be responsible for any delay, interruption, or loss resulting from the actions, outages, technical issues, policy updates, algorithm changes, or decisions of third-party platforms, payment gateways, hosting providers, search engines, social media platforms, AI tools, or other external service providers beyond our reasonable control.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith discussions. If such efforts do not result in a resolution within a reasonable period, either party may seek appropriate legal remedies before the competent courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
