1. Services

Growdoctor Digital provides AI-assisted digital branding and professional growth services for healthcare professionals.

Other digital services as communicated at the time of engagement Specific deliverables, scope, and timelines for each service are communicated and agreed upon before commencement of work.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when requested
• Share required content, media, approvals and feedback in a timely manner
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not copy, reproduce, distribute, or misuse any content, designs or materials provided by Growdoctor
• Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with our website or services
• Not impersonate any person, organisation, or entity

3. Payments

• Advance payment is required before work begins on any project
• Remaining payment terms (if applicable) are communicated and agreed upon before project commencement
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
• Additional work requested outside the originally agreed scope may incur extra charges, which will be communicated before execution
• Payments made are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund & Cancellation policy (Section 7)

4. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided for planning purposes only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Factors that may affect delivery include:

• Late submission of content, media or required information by the client
• Delays in approval or feedback from the client
• Revisions requested beyond the agreed scope
• Technical issues or downtime from third-party platforms
• Force majeure events

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any delays and revised timelines promptly.

5. Intellectual Property

All concepts, graphics, branding materials, designs, templates, written content and digital assets created by Growdoctor remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

Upon receipt of complete payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The following remain the exclusive property of Growdoctor at all times:

• Internal tools, templates and proprietary frameworks used in service delivery
• AI-generated drafts and intermediate working files not included in final deliverables
• Growdoctor's branding, logo, website content and marketing materials

6. Third-Party Services

Some of our services rely on or integrate with third-party platforms and providers

The pricing, policies, availability, downtime and technical performance of these platforms are entirely outside our control. Growdoctor shall not be held responsible for disruptions, data loss, or issues arising from third-party services. We encourage you to review the respective privacy policies and terms of service of these providers.

7. Refund & Cancellation

Because every project is customised specifically for each client, involving dedicated time, resources and expertise, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

The services are generally non-refundable once purchased or commenced

8. No Guarantee of Results

Growdoctor provides professional, high-quality digital services. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Results depend on numerous external factors including market conditions, platform algorithms, competition, and client-side implementation, all of which are beyond our control. Our commitment is to deliver quality work and best-practice strategies to maximise your potential for success.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Growdoctor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for losses resulting from third-party platform changes, outages, or policy updates

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. We encourage you to read it to understand how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements or business practices. The latest version will always be available on this website with the revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
